Terms and
conditions:
If the client
provides less than one week’s notice for cancellation
or reschedule of services, the client is responsible for one
half (1/2) of the costs associated with the missed appointment.
Any travel related expenses that can not be rebooked for a
future session will also be the responsibility of the client.
Upon our receipt of the online transaction, we will schedule
services for a time that is convenient for your staff.
The client agrees to pay the cost for services associated
with this agreement. This payment is required before services
are rendered. The remaining fees for additional services and
travel expenses are due upon the presentation of invoices
which will be billed as the services are provided. All travel
expenses and travel time is to be reimbursed at actual.
