The budget alternative for web-based learning. Join a JMT consultant along with other Sage Fundraising 100 users to learn, in detail specific agenda items. Group web learning sessions are led by an instructor and scheduled for a specific date and time. All you need is a computer, phone, and an Internet connection. Everything happens live, so you can ask questions and interact with other participants.

Sage Fundraising 100 Financials 1 (Data Entry Sessions, Gifts, Payments)

Now that you've received the donations come and learn how to process the gifts. We'll review the different receivable types that you can track and learn how to use Data Entry Sessions to track and control or ensure accurate entry of transactions. In addition to basic gift entry we will review tributes (in Memoriam gifts), covered gifts and more. We will review the Quick Entry feature which allows you the user to customize the data entry screens to save time by simplifying the data entry process.

Are you running a capital campaign or an annual pledge campaign? Learn how to enter pledges, create and edit installment schedules and more. We'll review how to enter payments and apply payments to pledges. Learn how to handle multiple designations. We'll review how to process monthly installments.

Sage Fundraising 100 Circles & Committees (Donor Tracking)

Learn how to track your donor's involvements and determine if a donor is on your Board of Directors. Discover how to track donors' committee involvements as well as the important connections or relationships that exist within your donors. Use the Circles Manager to track key relationships between a donor and a group of people. Learn how to create new committees, add committee members and how to set up scheduled meetings.

Classes offered are subject to capacity restrictions. Registration closes the Friday prior to the week of classes.
Refunds are not given, however, participants may re-register one time at no charge if they are unable to attend .

The most cost effective way to train a large group on the system. You will learn how to use your software and utilize the data that is most important to you—your own!

Terms and conditions:

If the client provides less than one week’s notice for cancellation or reschedule of services, the client is responsible for one half (1/2) of the costs associated with the missed appointment. Any travel related expenses that can not be rebooked for a future session will also be the responsibility of the client.  Upon our receipt of the online transaction, we will schedule services for a time that is convenient for your staff.  The client agrees to pay the cost for services associated with this agreement. This payment is required before services are rendered. The remaining fees for additional services and travel expenses are due upon the presentation of invoices which will be billed as the services are provided. All travel expenses and travel time is to be reimbursed at actual.

 

Custom Web Based Training:

The budget alternative to on-site training. Your personalized E-Learning Session with a consultant from JMT Consulting Group will be a one on one session, personalized to your needs. You can view a presentation of key concepts, and then transfer into your live database to practice your new skills with your consultant to guide you.

Terms and conditions:
