Group Web Learning:
The budget alternative for web-based learning. Join a JMT consultant along with other Sage Fundraising 50 users to learn, in detail specific agenda items. Group web learning sessions are led by an instructor and scheduled for a specific date and time. All you need is a computer, phone, and an Internet connection. Everything happens live, so you can ask questions and interact with other participants.

Orientation/Data Entry

Our database orientation helps you understand the structure and organization of your database to increase your efficiency and fluidity in moving through daily tasks. Data entry is a full time project; join us to make sure that you are doing everything in the most efficient manner possible.

Gift Structure and Gift Entry

Query

A query is utilized to select constituents for display in a browse list and report formats. You will learn how to access constituent through a Basic or Full query as well as an inclusive or non-inclusive query. Advanced query calculations provide power and detail to the database reporting interface. You can find the total giving to a specific campaign, or calculate the largest gift to a specific program. Advanced queries will be introduced in this session.

Standard and Custom Reports

Learn the key standard reports that will keep your fund development program on track. Learn the 4 steps to creating any report in the database, quickly and easily. When standard reports don’t provide the information that you need, you will want the power and flexibility of custom reports. Learn how to create your own report from scratch using only the fields that you want!

Export/Mail Merge

Your system has the ability to export your reported information into a variety of formats, such as Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Word. Learn how do complete the exports with ease! Your system’s Mail Merge interface will help you generate custom documents for a single constituent, or for a group of constituents. You will be able to create custom labels, envelopes, and catalogs utilizing the fields from your system.

Terms and conditions:

Classes offered are subject to capacity restrictions. Registration closes the Friday prior to the week of classes.
Refunds are not given, however, participants may re-register one time at no charge if they are unable to attend

The most cost effective way to train a large group on the system. You will learn how to use your software and utilize the data that is most important to you—your own!

Terms and conditions:

If the client provides less than one week’s notice for cancellation or reschedule of services, the client is responsible for one half (1/2) of the costs associated with the missed appointment. Any travel related expenses that can not be rebooked for a future session will also be the responsibility of the client.  Upon our receipt of the online transaction, we will schedule services for a time that is convenient for your staff.  The client agrees to pay the cost for services associated with this agreement. This payment is required before services are rendered. The remaining fees for additional services and travel expenses are due upon the presentation of invoices which will be billed as the services are provided. All travel expenses and travel time is to be reimbursed at actual.

 

Custom Web Based Training:

The budget alternative to on-site training. Your personalized E-Learning Session with a consultant from JMT Consulting Group will be a one on one session, personalized to your needs. You can view a presentation of key concepts, and then transfer into your live database to practice your new skills with your consultant to guide you.
