Jacqueline
M. Tiso
Chief
Executive Officer
Jacqueline Tiso is the president of JMT Consulting
Group, which specializes in accounting and fundraising solutions
for nonprofit organizations exclusively. She started the company
in 1991 to support nonprofit organizations with fund accounting
and technology.
The company has evolved over the years to continue to meet
the technology and financial management needs throughout the
nonprofit community. Today, the company has several divisions
to support nonprofits of all sizes nationwide.
Jacqueline continues to successfully grow her company and
gained national recognition with the Technology Pacesetter
award in Accounting Today for the past five years running,
as well as being named to Sage Software’s distinguished
President’s Circle for the last four years.
Additionally, this year JMT joined the elite group of business
partners in Sage’s Million Dollar Club for exceeding
one million dollars in annual sales of Sage products for the
first time. Also in 2007, JMT joined 14 other selected business
partners in Sage’s Chairman’s Club.
As a degreed accountant, Jacqueline has over twenty five years
experience in the non-profit sector. Prior to founding JMT
Consulting Group, she was CFO and Comptroller for a number
of non-profit organizations. She has assisted non-profit organizations
with all financial aspects of their business from accounting
services and technology to high level management and board
consulting.
She is a frequent speaker on financial management for nonprofits
and is regularly called upon for her expertise by the media
and nonprofit organizations. Jacqueline was most recently
featured in Accounting Technology and Practical Accountant
on the importance of business planning and its impact on business
success.

Kent
L. Hollrah
President
Kent Hollrah is the president of JMT Consulting Group, which
specializes in accounting and fundraising solutions for nonprofit
organizations exclusively. In this leadership position, Hollrah
works closely with Jacqueline Tiso, CEO and founder of JMT
Consulting Group.
Kent brings over 25 years of providing successful management
to technology companies. He has held numerous senior level
positions in technology companies and has particular expertise
in developing channels of distribution.
Previously, Kent was president and Chief Operating Officer
of Periscope. Kent’s primary objective was to grow the
business by leveraging the foundation established over the
past several years. During his three year tenure at Periscope,
Kent grew the revenues 87 percent.
Kent also held the position of Chief Executive Officer of
MIP, Inc. an Austin, Texas based software company, that specializes
in financial software for nonprofit and government organizations.
Under Kent’s leadership the company grew from $4.5 million
to over $11 million culminating with a successful sale to
Best Software for $22 million in 2001.
After the sale of MIP to Best Software, Kent worked as Senior
Vice President and General Manager of Best Software’s
Nonprofit - Government Division, there he was responsible
for completing two strategic acquisitions and then transitioning
those companies into the mainstream of the division.
Under Kent’s
direction, the division grew to over $20 million in revenues
with operating income approaching 20 percent.

Stanley
Hellman, CPA
Executive Vice President, Professional Services
Stanley Hellman is the executive vice president, professional
services at JMT Consulting Group.
Stanley works closely with Mike Willemsen and Andrew Hazen
to run the professional services divisions of JMT. He is also
charged with managing enterprise scale accounting solutions
for our non-profit clients.
Prior to joining JMT, Stanley was the principal of S. Hellman
Company, Inc., also a consultancy serving the nonprofit community.
S. Hellman Company merged with JMT in January of 2006.
As a CPA, Stanley has over thirty years experience with nonprofit
organizations in both management and advisory capacities.
For the last twenty years, he has been providing consulting
services in the areas of accounting systems, computers and
related fiscal issues.
Stanley has held positions as an audit manager for a prominent
regional accounting firm and treasurer of a dynamic, grants
funded research organization. His accounting background coupled
with a strong knowledge of computer alternatives and management
practices makes him an extremely effective agent for change.
Stanley holds a B.S. degree in accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson
University.

Ami
Powell
Director, Sales
Ami Powell is the director of sales for JMT Consulting Group.
Ami oversees the entire sales division and works closely with
John Torres to manage the sales process.
Ami has been working with the Sage Software nonprofit product
line since 1998 for both consultants and for Sage Software
directly. At Sage Software, she held the titles of regional
account manager and sales manager. While at Sage, she worked
closely with business partners like JMT to support them in
sales on Sage’s MIP Fund Accounting and Fundraising
products.
Prior to Sage Software, Ami worked as a Financial Advisor
for Edward Jones. Additionally, she worked as both an external
and internal auditor for Arthur Andersen LLP and Baker Hughes,
respectively. Ami’s experience also includes a controller
position at an Exploration and Production Company in Houston,
Texas.
Ami holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting
from Texas State University.
She also holds certificates from both Sage Sales Academy and
Sage Sales Management Academy.

Suzanne
Merriman
Director, Marketing
As director of marketing, Suzanne Merriman is responsible
for JMT Consulting Group’s overall marketing strategy
and execution. Additionally, Suzanne handles the planning
and coordination for JMT’s annual conference, INNOVATE.
Previously, Suzanne held marketing positions at Kamis Inc.
and Infinity Info Systems, where she was charged with lead
generation marketing.
She started her career in public relations at Euro RSCG Magnet,
a public relations and marketing communications firm. For
four years, Suzanne worked in the financial technology division
managing public relations campaigns for a number of clients
including; Scottrade, First Data, Kiodex, The Loan Syndications
and Trading Association, Cantor Fitzgerald and their subsidiary
eSpeed.
Suzanne also gained experience in public relations and marketing
while interning at the LEGO Group’s US headquarters
in Enfield, CT and also with The Grayling Group in Dublin,
Ireland.
A graduate of the University of Hartford., Suzanne earned
a B.A. in communication with an emphasis in public relations.

Jeff
Steinberg
Sales Consultant
Jeff Steinberg is a sales consultant at JMT Consulting Group.
In this role, Jeff handles sales for fund accounting at JMT.
Prior to joining JMT, Jeff was the director of marketing at
Breakthrough Technologies where he worked directly with the
sales, project managers and technical liaisons to ensure successful
product implementation for client installations.
Jeff also held the title of sales manager for ten years at
Dynamic Computer Solution. There he directed an eight member
sales organization for a start-up computer consulting firm.
Jeff holds a MBA in finance and accounting and a B.A in psychology
from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Jennifer
McAlear Charland
Sales Consultant, Fundraising
Jennifer Charland is the sales consultant for fundraising systems at JMT Consulting Group. In this role, Jennifer handles sales for fundraising systems.
Previously, Jennifer was a full time Sage Fundraising 50 specialist
supporting clients with software training, installation and
implementation.
Before joining JMT, Jennifer worked with John Snow Inc, the
firm that originated the Fundraising 50 software product.
Holding various titles at John Snow including technical support
analyst, software trainer, Jennifer eventually lead the division
as the senior trainer and implementation specialist for the
Fundraising 50 system.
Jennifer also worked for the Dana Farber Cancer Institute
in 1999 as a major gifts solicitor, where she gained her initial
interest in fundraising. Prior to that, she spent three years
as a classroom teacher at the elementary school level.
Jennifer holds a dual degree in education and psychology from
the University of Vermont.

Lyndsey
Murphy
Marketing Coordinator
Lyndsey Murphy is the marketing coordinator for JMT Consulting
Group. She works closely with Suzanne Merriman, to support,
manage and execute the various marketing initiatives of the
company, including JMT’s annual conference, INNOVATE.
Prior to joining JMT Consulting Group, Lyndsey worked in the
hospitality industry for five years. Most recently she was
the sales manager at the Hotel-Sierra by LodgeWorks from 2005
until joining JMT in December of 2007. At LodgeWorks, she
was responsible for the solicitation and maintenance of the
Government, College, Professional Sporting, Tour & Travel,
and Social Markets. Additionally, responsible for scheduling,
managing, and seamlessly coordinating and over seeing all
details for meetings up to 200 people, while working with
members and other staff to ensure success.
Lyndsey started her hospitality career as a front desk agent
at Residence Inn by Marriott in 2002. Then in 2003, she transitioned
to the position of sales coordinator, which she was responsible
for the scheduling and managing corporate events taking place
on the property and coordinating group reservations to ensure
client satisfaction.
A graduate of Western Connecticut State University, Lyndsey
earned a B.S. in business management with an emphasis in human
resource.

Mike
Willemsen, MCSE
Senior Director, Professional Services
Mike Willemsen is the senior director of professional services
for JMT Consulting Group, which specializes in accounting
and fundraising solutions for nonprofit organizations exclusively.
Mike leads the client projects and professional services team
at JMT Consulting Group.
For over ten years, Mike has worked with the MIP Fund Accounting
software, providing in-depth technical expertise, implementation
and project management experience and database programming
services.
In addition to his expertise with the MIP Fund Accounting
software, Mike’s background also includes a 15-year
history in the field of accounting. During that time, Mike
held the titles of accounting manager and controller.
Before joining JMT, Mike was a senior implementation consultant
at Sage Software. From 1998 until mid-2005, Mike handled database
and implementation services for the national base of Sage
MIP Fund Accounting clients.
Mike holds a B.B.A. in accounting from University of Texas
at Austin. Additionally, he has attained multiple Microsoft
certifications including MCSE.

Paul
Baker
Director, Professional Services
Paul Baker is the director of professional services for JMT
Consulting Group, which specializes in accounting and fundraising
solutions for nonprofit organizations exclusively. In addition
to working with clients on MIP Fund Accounting, Paul works
closely with Mike Willemsen to support JMT’s consulting
team members.
Previously, Paul was a full time MIP Fund Accounting specialist
supporting clients with software training, installation and
implementation.
He joined JMT with 20 years experience in finance and information
systems. Paul’s area of expertise is in nonprofit entities,
but he has also managed for profit entities including LLC’s
and LP’s. Prior responsibilities have included all accounting
functions, staff management, audit reviews, and A133 compliance.
With over 10 years experience with MIP Fund Accounting, Paul
has designed, customized, and converted accounting systems
for organizations in the areas of arts, social services, real
estate and construction.
Paul has an MBA in accounting from DeVry University and a
B.A. from Seattle University. Additionally he is a Microsoft
Certified Professional and has Navision Financials, Serenic
and Sage Fundraising 100 certification.

Timothy
D. Nichols, CPA, MBA
Project Consultant, Fund
Accounting
Timothy Nichols, is a fund accounting project consultant for
JMT Consulting Group. As an expert in Sage MIP Fund Accounting,
he joined JMT in 2001 and currently supports clients with
software training, installation and implementation.
Before joining JMT, Timothy spent eight years in public accounting
auditing not for profit organizations. Prior to that, he was
controller and then CFO for eight years in the healthcare
industry.
He also worked for Micro Information Products (MIP), in their
support department for six years providing support for the
MIP DOS and Windows versions of MIP.
Timothy holds a B.S. degree in accounting from Became Southern
Adventist University and earned an MBA from Texas A&M
University.

Shazeeda
A. Teekah, CPA
Project Consultant
Shazeeda A. Teekah, CPA is a project consultant at JMT Consulting
Group, which specializes in accounting and fundraising solutions
for nonprofit organizations.
Shazeeda is a certified consultant in Sage MIP Fund Accounting,
Kintera FundWare and Microsoft NAV, and has been designing
and implementing accounting solutions since 1992. She supports
clients in improving accounting methodologies and reporting
procedures, maintaining a healthy cash flow, and analyzing
overall business performance to meet mission objectives.
Prior to joining JMT, Shazeeda was a partner at S. Hellman
Company, Inc., another consultancy serving the nonprofit community
that merged with JMT in January 2006. There she performed
system design, directed support projects, and managed staff
in conducting implementation and training.
Before joining SHC, she was with Mitchell Titus & Co.,
where she performed financial audits of nonprofit, commercial
and governmental organizations.
Shazeeda holds a B.S. degree in accounting from Queens College
(CUNY) in New York City.

Scott
Williams
Project Manager
Scott Williams is a project manager at JMT Consulting Group.
He is currently responsible for planning, implementation and
training JMT’s fund accounting clients.
For over ten years, Scott has worked in the fund accounting
and consulting industry. Prior to joining JMT, Scott was a
professional services consultant for FundWare. Additionally,
He has been implementing Serenic Navigator for the past several
years and specializes in successfully training staff on optimizing
its use.
Scott’s experience also includes public accounting,
as well as working directly for a nonprofit as an IT specialist
and staff accountant.
A graduate of the Berea College., Scott earned a B.S. in business
administration with an emphasis in accounting. Scott also
holds certifications from Navision and Serenic.

Dennis
Guiney
Technical Specialist
Dennis Guiney is the technical specialist at JMT Consulting
Group, which specializes in accounting and fundraising solutions
for nonprofit organizations exclusively.
Dennis is charged with installing, upgrading and supporting
JMT’s product line. He also works with JMT’s clients
for integration of all third party products, custom programming
and network configuration.
Prior to joining JMT, Dennis worked as the technical specialist
at S. Hellman Company, Inc., also a consultancy serving the
nonprofit community. S. Hellman Company merged with JMT in
January of 2006.
Dennis holds certifications from Microsoft and Intuit for
the application areas that JMT supports.

Goran Petrovic
Technical Specialist, Fundraising
Goran Petrovic is a fundraising technical specialist at JMT Consulting Group. Goran specializes in data conversion on the Sage Fundraising 50 and Sage Fundraising 100 systems.
Before to joining JMT, Goran worked at Sage Software from 1998 to 2007 as a data conversion programmer where he successfully converted several hundreds of data sets for Sage clients. Additionally, he also implemented, coded and set standards for standard data conversion processes.
Goran also spent two years working as a programmer analyst at PV Soft in Toronto, Canada.
Prior to that, he worked as a member of United Nations Civil Affairs team in Peace Keeping Mission in Bosnia and Herzegovina as a political and military analyst. There Goran was responsible for translating meetings between UN officials and local politicians and military commanders.
Goran holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Analysis from the University of Sarajevo - Faculty of Economics in Yugoslavia.

Gina
McGovern
Project Coordinator
Gina McGovern is the project coordinator at JMT Consulting
Group. Gina works closely with JMT’s consultants and
both Sage MIP Fund Accounting and Sage Fundraising 100 clients
to foster successful software implementations.
Prior to JMT, Gina was the assistant manager at Touchstone
Applied Science Associates where she managed operations in
the scanning/scoring department. She spent the majority of
her career in the food service industry and was the general
manager and manager for IBM from 1995 to 2003.
Gina holds an A.A..S. in management of food service from the
State University of New York at Cobleskill.

Lynne
Zapletal
Senior Consultant
Lynne Zapletal is a senior consultant at JMT Consulting Group
which specializes in accounting and fundraising solutions
for nonprofit organizations exclusively.
As an expert in Sage Fundraising 100 (including the Rainbow
edition) and Sage Fundraising 50, Lynne works with clients
across North America on software training, installation and
implementation.
Prior to joining JMT, Lynne worked with Sage Software Canada
Ltd., in the Non-Profit Solutions Department., the office
that designed and built the Fundraising 100 product. There
she provided data analysis, consulting, training and implementation
services to both new and established clients.
Lynne also spent ten years at the Canadian Cancer Society,
National Office where she managed databases, created spreadsheet
templates for tracking and analyzing special events and direct
mail and provided reconciliation reporting to the finance
department.
Lynne holds dual diplomas from Ontario Ministry of Colleges
and Universities in business management studies and Humber
College in family and consumer studies.

Stephanie
Kervin
Consultant, Fundraising
Stephanie Kervin is a fundraising consultant specializing
in the Sage Fundraising 50 and Sage Fundraising 100 software
products at JMT Consulting Group.
Prior to joining JMT, Stephanie worked in the Department of
Philanthropy at YWCA Kitchener-Waterloo where she gained her
expertise in the Sage Fundraising 100 product.
As an expert in database management, Stephanie also spent
time working with Beth Jacob Congregation and Collectrite
Ontariom, primarily focused on overseeing their databases.
Stephanie also spent three years with the Cambridge Association
for Mentally and Physically Handicapped working in group homes.
She holds a Law Clerk Degree from Ontario Business College
in Kitchener, Ontario. Additionally, Stephanie spent four
years at the University of Windsor, Ontario working towards
a B.A.

Turnyanszki
Customer Account Manager
Carole Turnyanszki is a customer account manager at JMT Consulting
Group. Carole works closely with Paul Baker to support JMT’s
client base.
She joined JMT in 2003 and has held numerous positions within
the company, mostly working one-on-one with clients. Previously,
Carole worked with the Grand Union Company and General Trading
Company as a buyer.
Carole holds a B.S. in business administration from Montclair
State University.

Halter
Director, Finance & Administration
Mona Halter is the Director of Finance & Administration
at JMT Consulting Group, which specializes in accounting and
fundraising solutions for nonprofit organizations exclusively.
Mona manages the fiscal operations of the company and also
works closely with the executive team.
Prior to joining JMT, Mona was the Controller at Temple Shaaray
Tefila of Westchester where she was responsible for all bookkeeping
and accounting functions.
With over twenty years experience in finance, Mona has held
numerous controller positions for well known nonprofit organizations
including, American Friends of the Hebrew University and The
New York Botanical Garden. Prior to that, she worked for Oxford
Medical Group and Knowledge Sciences.
Mona holds an MBA in accounting from Pace University and a
B.S. in biology from Brooklyn College.

Kim
Howard
Staff Accountant
Kim Howard is the staff accountant at JMT Consulting Group.
Kim works closely with Mona Halter to manage the fiscal operations
of the company.
Prior to joining JMT, Kim worked as a bookkeeper at Putnam
Granite and also at Sport Court before that. She has also
held positions in the insurance industry for Amica Life Insurance
and at Fireman’s Fund Insurance.
Kim holds a B.S. in administration of justice from Roger Williams
University.

Laura
MacGregor
Office Manager
Laura MacGregor is the office manager at JMT Consulting Group.
Laura is responsible for providing administrative support
for all JMT staff and helping to ensure the JMT offices run
efficiently.
Prior to joining JMT in 2005, she has held administrative
positions at Mahopac National Bank, Handex of Connecticut,
J.C.Penney and Texaco Inc.
